Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, representing Delta South Senatorial District, has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, on his 63rd birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose administration has continued to transform the state through purposeful governance and people-centred development.

Joel-Onowakpo noted that Governor Oborevwori’s emergence as governor ushered in a new era of inclusive governance, strategic development and socio-economic advancement under the administration’s M.O.R.E Agenda.
